Primavera Festival starts - September through November
During September, October and November, this is how the Queensland wine capital shrugs off the winter chills. Celebrate the Spring with your partner, or bring friends. Primavera is a celebration of Spring, Granite Belt Style. Attend an organised event, or set your own pace and create your own style.

Kefi at the Winery - 4th October
The 20th year of Kefi, a celebration of great wines, Greek culinary delights and live Greek bouzouki and Latin dance music under the big marquee at Kominos Wines.

Jazz in the Vineyard - 11th October
An annual charity event organised co-operatively by Ballandean Estate Wines and the Rotary Club of Stanthorpe. Featuring international jazz musicians this outdoor concert is a must for jazz lovers and newcomers alike. Following the concert is a dinner dance that ensures the party continues until the early hours. Set to become a major feature of the region's event calendar, Jazz in the Vineyard is a fantastic opportunity to enjoy a Ballandean Estate experience.

Shakespeare under the Stars- 10th, 11th & 12th October
The Taming of the Shrew, performed on a full moon weekend under the sky and set amongst the rocks and trees in the beautiful bush setting at Bungawarra Winery. Enjoy good theatre staged by The Stanthorpe Little Theatre, along with great wine from Bungawarra Winery.

Australian Small Winemakers Show PublicTasting - 25th October
The Australian Small Winemakers Show is the most prestigious wine show for small winemakers in Australia and New Zealand. The Show is open to those wineries which crush less than 500 tonnes per annum.

Sirromet Long Lunch - 1st November
The Sirromet Long Lunch will be held at Seven Scenes Vineyard just south of Ballandean in Queensland’s premier wine producing area. Guests will be seated underneath the specially shaded boulevard at one long table overlooking the budding tenderly nurtured vines, meandering Bald Rock Creek and majestic granite outcrops. Includes a four course gourmet lunch, souvenir wine glass, glass of wine on arrival and entertainment.

Sicilian Vintage Lunch
A celebration of the start of vintage - the Italian way at Golden Grove Estate in Ballandean. Sample traditional Sicilian recipes, with the highlight being the grape pudding called 'Mostarda'. Come and enjoy free wine tasting, a three course lunch, live entertainment, blessing of the vintage and grape stomping. Sing along to some all-time favourite Italian melodies.

Opera in the Vineyard
This annual charity event is a co-operative function held by Ballandean Estate Wines and the Rotary Club of Stanthorpe. Considered the premier cultural event on the Granite Belt, Opera attracts over a thousand people annually and has raised much needed funds for charity throughout Queensland. International artists perform an outdoor concert of arias from various operas and are ably accompanied on grand piano.
