reservations and cancellations

Please read the following conditions carefully.

50% deposit is required via Visa or Mastercard at time of booking.  The remaining 50% is payable by Visa or Mastercard at time of check-in.

All payments are non-refundable. Reservations may be transferred to a date within 6 months from the cancellation date provided that cancellation is made more than 14 days in advance of your arrival date. Extra payment may be required if the rates applying to the new dates differ from the rates of the original reservation dates.

For cancellations made 14 days or less in advance of your arrival date, the remaining 50% is payable and will be charged to your credit card.
